Blue Stream Laboratories (BSL), a fast-growing biochemical/analytical CRO, seeks a creative, highly motivated individual who is ready for an exciting, entrepreneurial workplace, and who wants to contribute to a dynamic, success-driven team.

The Project Manager will work closely with BSL management to effectively lead client relationships and manage projects/programs. As the primary client contact for laboratory programs, the Project Manager is responsible for ensuring exceptional client support and for providing solutions that proactively exceed client expectations. In addition, this position will support internal technical teams to make certain that all program objectives are met, including timelines, resource plans and tracking logs, and deliverables.

Specifically, job duties will include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Responsible for overall client satisfaction as primary point of contact for client
• Manage client expectations regarding deliverables
• Ensure regular communication and feedback with clients
• Interface with and coordinate client programs with internal laboratory teams
• Support laboratory operations, quality assurance, and external partners to complete expected deliverables within specified timelines
• Assist in overseeing resource requirements, project timelines, tracking logs, and internal communications for multiple projects from project initiation to completion

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in chemistry/biochemistry or in a life science plus 1-3 years experience in biotech/pharmaceuticals. Experience with analytical methods in a protein characterization laboratory is important. Must have excellent familiarity with GMPs.
